Elliott Setiawan oversees all aspects of the fund. Prior to Novae Capital Partners, Elliott was an Investment Director at INA, where he led investments across the healthcare, consumer and technology sectors. Before his role at INA, Elliott played a key role at Affinity Equity Partners, responsible over all aspects of the Indonesia operations. Elliott invested cumulatively over USD 1 billion in previous roles. Prior to direct investments, he also had experiences in TC Capital and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Elliott is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant with a double major in finance and accounting from the University of British Columbia.

Nicholas Umar is responsible for deal origination and execution across SEA, with Vietnam and Singapore as his key focus. Prior to Novae Capital Partners, Nicholas was at Affinity Equity Partners where he was involved in USD 500 million investments across Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand, and at Goldman Sachs as co-lead of ASEAN Financials Research coverage.
He holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University.

Before joining Novae Capital Partners, Felix Tolis was part of General Atlantic’s Jakarta office, where he was underwriting growth opportunities across Indonesia, with a focus on the healthcare, consumer, and technology sectors. Prior to his role at General Atlantic, Felix was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Indonesia, specializing in mergers and acquisitions.

Alvin Pang focuses on deal execution and portfolio management across Southeast Asia, with Singapore and Vietnam as his key markets. Prior to joining Novae Capital Partners, Alvin Pang spent 4 years at CDPQ’s Singapore office, covering growth and buyout opportunities across APAC. During his time there, Alvin underwrote healthcare and business services opportunities in Southeast Asia and led the monetization of existing portfolio companies across the financial services sector in India and Australia. Before CDPQ, Alvin started his career in Partners Group, spending 3 years covering Southeast Asia buyout opportunities.

Chris Sebastian plays a hands-on role in supporting portfolio companies across strategic and operational initiatives. He works closely with management teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize operations, and implement value creation plans.
Prior to joining Novae Capital Partners, Chris began his career as an Analyst at Jasper Investment in Singapore after graduating from Pepperdine University in California. He also held various operational directorship roles in various companies such as PT National Energy Solutions, PT Sinar Jernih Suksesindo, PT Mitra Niaga Cornindo, and PT Nusa Elang Satria.

Denise Lioe serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Novae Capital Partners, where she oversees legal and regulatory matters across the fund, investments, and portfolio operations. Prior to joining Novae Capital Partners, Denise began her legal career as an Associate at Hendra Seonardi Law Firm before moving to GoTo’s legal function, where she served as Senior Vice President overseeing the legal aspects of major corporate transactions and the group’s payments arm, GoPay. She later moved into the venture capital and private equity space, holding leadership roles as Vice President of Legal East Ventures, and subsequently at Northstar and Ares Management.
Denise holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Law from New York University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law as an advocate by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

Revani Paramita is responsible for overseeing the finance, accounting and compliance functions in Novae Capital Partners. Prior to Novae Capital Partners, Revani held an investment role in Creador where she focused on investments in the financing and consumer sectors. She started her career as a transaction advisor with Ernst & Young.
She holds a Master degree in Applied Finance and Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Monash University.

Rommy Watulingas oversees the accounting, tax, and financial reporting functions at Novae Capital Partners.
He brings over 16 years of financial, accounting and tax experience, holding a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Perbanas Institute Jakarta. Rommy is a Chartered Accountant with IAI, an ASEAN CPA, and a FMVA charter holder. Prior to joining Novae Capital Partners, he led financials, accounting, and tax functions at various companies such as Richeese Factory, Cinepolis Indonesia, Hyundai Motors Indonesia, and MMS Global Investindo.

Prior to joining Novae Capital Partners, Steven Ho spent more than 6 years as an equity research analyst at Credit Suisse Indonesia and CLSA covering consumer, healthcare, media, and internet sectors in Indonesia. During that time, he was involved in a number of consumer IPOs such as Sarimelati Kencana (Pizza Hut Indonesia), Surya Pertiwi (TOTO), GOTO Group, Blibli.com, and one of the largest consumer nutritionals company in Indonesia.
